What this is
Some storefronts will not take an individual. Google Play requires new developer accounts to be registered as a business or go through an excessive testing phase, and plenty of small teams find that out after the game is finished. Enriac Industries stands as the publisher of record so that the game can ship.
That is a real arrangement rather than a formality. The company signs the platform’s developer agreement, it is the business the platform verifies, and it carries the obligations that come with being the named publisher: policy compliance, refunds, takedowns, and whatever else a storefront decides is the publisher’s problem.
It also means the developer account stays under Enriac’s control and is never handed out. Builds come to us and we upload them. That is not a rule invented for this page — it is the difference between a publisher and an account rental, and it is what keeps every other game on the account out of reach of somebody else’s mistake.
Never taken
The phrase “non-extractive” is only worth anything if it is specific, so here is the whole of it.
- EquityNo stake in your studio, at signing or at any point after it.
- Your copyrightThe IP stays with you. The company takes only the limited license a storefront needs in order to list and sell the build, and that license ends when the agreement does.
- ExclusivityYou can publish the same game elsewhere, through anyone else, at the same time.
- Endless termsYou can leave whenever you want. Google Play supports moving a title between developer accounts, so there the listing, its reviews and its installed base go with you. Other stores handle transfers case by case, and where one will not, we delist on request rather than sit on the release. What is not conditional is that nothing gets held hostage.
- Creative controlNo approval gates, no milestone sign-off, and no opinion on your scope or your schedule unless you ask for one.
What is included
- Publisher of recordThe developer account, the platform agreement, and the company standing behind both. Enriac is the entity the storefront verifies and the publisher name on the listing. Because the account is never shared, submissions and updates are uploaded by us from builds you send over.
- Compliance reviewA pass over the build and its metadata against platform policy before it goes up — privacy policy, data safety declarations, content ratings, permissions. If it gets rejected anyway, the appeal is ours to handle.
- Payments and taxStore payouts arrive in the company account and pass through to you, along with the tax paperwork that comes attached to that.
What is not included
Worth being plain about the edges, because a publisher that claims everything is not believable.

- No advances, no development budget, nothing up front.
- Store art and copy
- Capsule art, screenshots, trailers and descriptions come from you.

- No QA, no porting, no work on the build itself.

- No entity requirement, so what you get is the account, the payouts and the paperwork rather than access you could not otherwise have.

- As Steam. Worth it mainly if you would rather have one publisher across everything than three sets of books.
- Direct download
- Hosted on this domain, for builds that do not belong on a storefront.
A publisher storefront, and code-signed Windows and Android builds to go with it, are planned rather than available. Nothing above depends on them.
Terms and getting started
Terms are agreed per title rather than taken off a rate card, because the work involved in a finished and compliant game is not the work involved in one that needs a policy pass first. What does not vary is the list further up this page.
Write with what you have built, where you want it, and roughly when. A build or a link helps. There is no application form.
